“I was having trouble sleeping the last few nights and the pain in my shoulder + back became so unbearable that I was in desperate need of relief. Thankfully I came across this spot and was very happy they had an opening! The place was very clean and professional and I liked that Jen actually looked over my intake form to see what my most pressing concerns for the massage were. My shoulder + back was like a block of granite from stress and Jen worked on kneading it out for, I kid you not, at least 100 minutes. I left feeling so much better and am so grateful for her persistence on addressing my massage needs!“

There are times when my hip flexors are insanely tight, or my shoulder feels stiff and she is able to fix it. I try to see her once a month, but sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow it. “UPDATE:I’m updating my review from two stars to five stars because the manager reached out to me personally within one hour of leaving this review and messaging the business, and offered me a free 30 minute massage with her to make up for my bad experience. I had paid and tipped for a one hour massage but I appreciated her trying to make it right. Coco was AMAZING and I will definitely go back to see her and only her. Thank you Coco. I appreciate a manager who cares about their business and puts customers first!I had appointment and came in for a full body massage. I’m certainly understanding of a language barrier but my therapist (I use that word loosely) understood and spoke zero English so she couldn’t understand what I wanted. I had expressed on the phone I specifically wanted someone to work on my neck and hands and she did neither. She worked on my neck for maybe two minutes when she hastily flipped me over at the end even though I had asked several times for her to please work on my neck. A good therapist knows how to space out a massage so they have time for everything. I also asked for hands and feet and got neither. Literally didn’t even massage my feet at all and this is a reflexology place?! She was super nice as was the lady on the phone but communication is key in massage and I did not get what I asked for or paid for. It seemed like I was just stuck with someone who had no clue what they were doing. I am looking for a good therapist and would be a loyal customer. This place has great reviews and I was hopeful. Very disappointed.“
“If you want the ultimate professional deep tissue massage, sports massage or a less deep massage that’s not too deep where you can relax yet still get your tight aching muscles to loosen up, look no further. Cynthia is amazing and has been my wife’s and I massage therapist for 20 years. She has kept my bad shoulder and lower back in the best golfing condition as possible. I cannot recommend her massage enough as she is very educated and dedicated to making your body flexible as well as reducing any pain you may be experiencing.“

“Recently, I returned from a business trip and was in need of a relaxing massage. In my search for a new place to experience, I stumbled upon Apex. Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance and visit without making a prior appointment. Fortunately, when I arrived, the place wasn't crowded.Upon entry, I was promptly greeted by a staff member (whose name I didn't catch). I opted for a one-hour massage, priced at $70. They escorted me to the massage room where I prepared myself and lay down on the table. My massage therapist soon joined me, inquiring about my preferred pressure level, to which I requested a firm touch. I was particularly pleased to receive back walking treatment, which I have always enjoyed.The massage was thoroughly satisfying, with the pressure applied just as I had hoped. Although the therapist had to leave the room a few times, totaling three, one of these interruptions was to fetch a hot towel for my back, which was a nice touch.In conclusion, I would consider returning to this establishment. However, there was a notable drawback - the massage duration was only 49 minutes, despite paying for a full hour. I firmly believe that if a customer pays for an hour, they should receive the full hour's service. It seemed they might have been hurrying the session, as another client was waiting when I departed.Update: went recently and 2nd time was a charm. The small issues I had previously improved.“
