“AC made a horrible noise and stopped working. Called these guys because they are local and Jason was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Drove out to verify the problem, and and, then had the part line up and ready to go a moment later. The replacement went without a hitch and he took the extra time to clean out the unit and point out some of the causes for the problem. Got everything back up and running same day. I was really impressed. The guy was confident and knew exactly what he was doing.“

Update 09/15/23

This is now the third time that Marco came out to provide service for my HVAC system. Today's service was for the annual furnace inspection and maintenance service that is part of the Prime Advantage Family service plan. Marco replaced the filters free of charge. He inspected the furnace to make sure that it isn't leaking CO.

After Marco inspected everything, he showed me pictures and gave me a detailed explanation of the inspection and service that he provided. I appreciated that he took the time and made the effort to explain everything to me.

Marco came out the previous time when my upstairs AC unit suddenly stopped working at the end of July. I was really appreciative that I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day after my upstairs AC unit went out. It was the same issue that I had with my downstairs AC unit back in the Spring. He promptly fixed the issue again. And as always, he showed me pictures and explained to me the work that he did.

I've been very pleased that I chose Prime AC and Heat to service my HVAC system. I believe that they provide honest, professional, and excellent service at a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Prime AC and Heat to maintain and service your HVAC system.

Update 04/16/24

Marco came out for the annual maintenance check-up for my AC units. As always, he took his time and did a thorough job of inspecting my units.

I was impressed that Marco remembered to make a repair with my drain line that we had discussed during his last visit in September 2023. After he finished making the repairs, he showed me pictures of the work that he did. I'm again pleased with the excellent service that Marco provided.

I feel that the cost for the repair was reasonable. And since I have the Prime Advantage Family service plan, I received a 10% discount on the repair.

I continue to be pleased that I've chosen Prime AC and Heat to service my HVAC system. I'm thankful to receive excellent service at a reasonable price.

Update 07/12/24

I noticed that water was dripping out of the secondary condensate line, so I knew that there was an issue that needed to be addressed. I contacted Prime AC and Heat yesterday, and they scheduled Marco to come out today.

Marco came on time as usual. He quickly diagnosed the issue to be that the primary condensate line was blocked. He cleared out the blockage, and the issue is now resolved.

I was expecting to be charged for Marco's services, but I was surprised when he didn't charge me anything. He humbly said that he didn't really do anything except some cleaning. I was very thankful and appreciative to receive excellent service as usual without even being charged for it.

I feel even more that I made the right decision to choose Prime AC and Heat to take care of any issues that I have with my HVAC units. I have peace of mind knowing that if any issues do arise, I can trust Marco to promptly come out and fix the problem.“
