“Love Dr Kim and his staff! I came from Banfield where the wait was an hour long and so chaotic. His practice is calm and quiet and I've never had to wait more than 10 min for him to attend to all my dogs. He's so gentle and sweet with them. My dogs have a lot of anxiety at the vets but over the past year of doing to Dr. Kim, they are much more relaxed and less stressed. He takes his time to be thorough about diagnosing and takes into account the dog's temperament when prescribing meds, ie injectable antibiotics bc one of my dogs is crazy and won't take pills.“

“Dr. Spencer is terrific, always courteous and professional. He is exceptional with the animals and has a great staff. Shout out to Dori who greeted us in the exam room and took care of our check in. Brittany who helped get our 80 pound dog from the car and help reloading. Very nice and wonderful with our pets. Thank you.“

“This place is awesome. My dog is usually overly excited when going out place, once he steps into the office, he is the most well behaved and calm. The staff are very intuitive with him, I can tell the great chemistry. Also a few months back, I need to get a last minute vaccine and they said just bring our dog in without an appointment and the tech gave it too him with no problem. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would bring him everyday to pop and just say. Hi. From the technicians to the Docs, this place is absolutely the best vet from Chicago to Texas. Vet was very nice and personable, explained everything very thoroughly and told us she agreed with the treatment plan our vet had us on. She alerted us to a potential abdominal issue with our dog so she recommended we get an abdominal ultrasound. All in all it was a good visit and a good investment of time and money to confirm what was going on with our dog's health. I would definitely consider making them our primary vet if we lived closer.“

“Great service. The staff and Veterinarian Cortez were all great. Our dog had pancreatitis going on, needed to find answers to see what else, they did a blood work up and ultrasound and gave us some more answers. Her gall bladder has issues too and dehydration. Would definitely recommend or come back if need be.“

My dachshund is 15 years old and so far Dr. Marty has helped little Macy fully recover from chronic UTIs and a limp. While he is a minimalist when it comes to treatment I believe that is what works for us. As pet owners we should be our pets biggest advocate in staying healthy and not just show up to the vet expecting a shot to fix everything, however that is exactly what happened when we went.
