After calling their phone number, we were told by the lady that they were closed, but she would try and reach one of their employees that was finishing his last job of the day and see if he could come by. It wasn't a half-hour later that Jansen arrived and shut off our water valve and went to work. In no time at all he found the leak, dug it up (careful not to destroy my St. Augustine grass while digging to expose the leaking pipe). He even went over and beyond the call of duty to obtain what he needed to fix the problem and quoted us a very reasonable price. I'd like to add that not only was Jensen knowledgeable, friendly and very nice considering he was done for the day, but also worked on the repair in a no-nonsense manner and did it right the first time. I highly recommend him and Thomsons Plumbing if you ever have need of their services!“
