Always very happy with the quality of the work, friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office and the guys who come out, and reasonable cost. Highly recommend. I have a historic home with ancient plumbing and they always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.
Fountain Plumbing was called out to inspect a wierd problem we were having with our hot water a previous company couldn't fix. They spent the time to fully investigate the source and fix it with the simplest solution. They were fully prepared to redo everything as i was insisting, but were determined to figure it out and they did! Thank you Fountain Plumbing!!!
Very efficient. Took pictures to show me where the problem was & took care of it in a timely manner. Will definitely be calling them again. Their receptionist, Vicki, is so very pleasant & cooperative. Gave us an appointment quickly & courteously. ?
