“I love how club Pilates is able to target specific muscle groups. It's a good workout, and I think it's just important for staying healthy as it keeps a holistic focus (cardio, strength, stability, balance, flexibility, etc). I suspect it's helpful at preventing injuries as well, as I do many similar movements in pilates as I did when i was in physical therapy after I had dislocated my shoulder. The instructors are great and I always feel welcome and comfortable. It's good for all levels as there's 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 classes that are able to cater to people who are experienced or new.“
“This is not your average yoga class. This is a well thought out, well executed... experience. You don't have to know how to Yoga, you don't even have to like Yoga! Katrina puts her heart and soul into the planning and teaching of her workshop series. She epitomizes the words: teacher, guide, and friend. If you have been looking for a way to connect with yourself and others while strengthening your body and mind ~ this is it! I have personally attended dozens of yoga classes and never really enjoyed them. I didn't know the names of poses or specific breathwork techniques, and I was always confused with left hand right hand left foot right foot. It was just never an enjoyable experience... Until Now. They learn your name, are happy to see you, and engage in a positive and nurturing way.
