Hector and his entire staff are absolutely amazing from the amazing Customerservice in the front office to the gentleman that come out to service our equipment. Everyone is thoughtful, helpful, educational, and usually early for their appointments.
I am still in the learning/research stage for a project I hope to do later. Hector came out to give me an estimate. He patiently answered my questions and even asked if I have more. Even though I'm not ready to start the project and I have no idea when I will be, he provided an estimate with multiple options based on the ideas I explained. He did not pressure me to buy now but treated me with respect. When I'm ready to start the project Freedom is the first place I'll call.

Of course, we need a reliable Air Conditioning system, that can be acquired at a reasonable cost. From the outset, Freedom Heating & Air's Technicians distinguished themselves by being more knowledgeable and truly listening to our unique needs. Although they were not the least expensive, Freedom Heating & Air was definitely the correct choice! On the day of the installation, the three-man crew arrived on time, they were courteous and professional (respecting our home). By the end of the day, they completed the entire installation, showed us how the new Thermostat works, and cleaned their work area (removing all the old equipment). Overall, from start to finish, Freedom Heating & Air did an OUTSTANDING job. They answered all our questions and held our hands throughout the whole process. If I could, I would give them Ten Stars!
