“For my first experience with a personal trainer, Jack made sure to capture my goals all times. Especially after I became pregnant, he was very attentative to making sure I didnt hurt myself or over due it and was more than happy to adjust workouts along with macros. Since he goes based on your goals each person maybe different, I told him I was serious and wanted to track my progress. He was able to track BMI and weight. By eating right and sticking to the meal plan tailored for me, I was able to lose weight immediately and see results as early as 1 week. I definitely loved the fact that our sessions were private and he always asked for my preferences on music or working out inside vs outside. I was sad to end my sessions earlier than planned for personal reasons, I do recommend anyone to try Jack as I am positive you will have a great experience as I did.“
“I am 67. I have not been active for years. For medical reasons I have learned to be afraid of movement thinking any movement is painful. Margo helped me sort out what was in my head and showed me what my body can actually do without hurting me. She is completely honest in her evaluations. It did not take long until I looked forward to our sessions instead of fearing them. I always feel better after her sessions. I have never felt any judgement from her..only encouragement. Her knowledge as a personal trainer is extensive. She knows what she is doing for sure and has many modalities for training. My body feels better and as a bonus my self confidence, self esteem and self motivation are the best they have been in a long time. Kati O. and Rob are attentive to everyone's form, making sure we are comfortable with the weights; plus, they're super encouraging. I know I'm in good hands. “We have enjoyed our workouts at Divine Strength and Personal Training very much! We have been members for almost a year now and have no inclination to go anywhere else. They have great equipment and trainers available should you want that personal touch. You will need to schedule your workouts with a trainer, but you can work out 24 hrs a day, should you want. We chose to do our three weekly workouts on our own, but if I hit a snag, I would not hesitate to call Karen! It is not a large facility, but they have exactly what is needed to get a good workout. They have resistance training equipment, a treadmill, stepper climber, bike, free weights and nautilus type weight equipment. If you are looking for them - enter the middle atrium of the La Piazza shopping center, next to the clock tower. The gym is in the last door on the right. See ya at the gym!“
