Especially after I became pregnant, he was very attentative to making sure I didnt hurt myself or over due it and was more than happy to adjust workouts along with macros. Since he goes based on your goals each person maybe different, I told him I was serious and wanted to track my progress. He was able to track BMI and weight. By eating right and sticking to the meal plan tailored for me, I was able to lose weight immediately and see results as early as 1 week. I definitely loved the fact that our sessions were private and he always asked for my preferences on music or working out inside vs outside. I was sad to end my sessions earlier than planned for personal reasons, I do recommend anyone to try Jack as I am positive you will have a great experience as I did.“

Margo helped me sort out what was in my head and showed me what my body can actually do without hurting me. She is completely honest in her evaluations. It did not take long until I looked forward to our sessions instead of fearing them. I always feel better after her sessions. I have never felt any judgement from her..only encouragement. Her knowledge as a personal trainer is extensive. She knows what she is doing for sure and has many modalities for training. My body feels better and as a bonus my self confidence, self esteem and self motivation are the best they have been in a long time. “Training with Max and Lacey was the best decision I have made. I have learned how to eat right, how to exercise, and most importantly I have met my goal weight. Today I woke up and did my weekly weigh in and i finally reached my goal weight of losing 20 pounds!! 176-156 Very exciting but here’s the ugly truth: -Some times i look in the mirror and get excited and sometimes I look in the mirror and see the girl who was once 176 pounds. -Losing weight comes with losing a mindset that you once had and tbh I’m not sure if I’ve completely lost it. sometimes I’ll go weeks with out eating anything bad, but then I’ll eat one cheat meal (not even the whole day) and I’ll hate myself for the next 6 days and punish myself with two workouts a day instead of one. -let’s be honest with this pandemic and having to constantly be by myself has sometimes taken me into a deep dark hole that causes me to see myself in the worst light, but nonetheless I’m working on myself everyday. I’m cleaning out my body, cleaning out my mental, and learning healthy habits day by day. It isn’t easy but it’s a journey worth living for. -if you’re planning on changing your life whether that be weight loss or just completely detoxing your life, remember some days it’s going to be HELLA lonely. You’re going to have to fight deep dark battles, but remember after each battle you have learned something new. Even if it feels like you haven’t. -saw a quote today that said “you can’t become who you want to be because you’re too attached to who you used to be” and that’s it! Everyday I’m learning that I’m not the girl i used to be. I am kind, I Am smart, I am happy, I am healthy. - love y’all! Happy weight loss journey and remember that the best is yet to come.“

20900 RM 1431, Lago Vista“Recently moved to Lago Vista and coming from a Crunch Fitness facility in Corpus Christi (more of a commercial gym). I’ve worked and attended many gym and I was pleasantly impressed by how Lago Vista Anytime Fitness is run, kept, and maintained. The staff is very helpful and kind. The facility is kept exceptionally clean. I am grateful to be able to feel safe in this gym with the key/phone access to main door. Being a young woman and feeling as safe and comfortable in a gym is important. The equipment ranges for all sorts of workouts which is wonderful. I signed up with Cody Lang and he was incredibly helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I haven’t met a majority of the staff in person yet (I workout in the middle of the night) but seeing their presence on social media and different staff reaching out over email or text has made me feel very valued as a member. 100% recommend Lago Vista Anytime Fitness to anyone of any level of fitness. :)“

“We have enjoyed our workouts at Divine Strength and Personal Training very much! We have been members for almost a year now and have no inclination to go anywhere else. They have great equipment and trainers available should you want that personal touch. You will need to schedule your workouts with a trainer, but you can work out 24 hrs a day, should you want. We chose to do our three weekly workouts on our own, but if I hit a snag, I would not hesitate to call Karen! It is not a large facility, but they have exactly what is needed to get a good workout. They have resistance training equipment, a treadmill, stepper climber, bike, free weights and nautilus type weight equipment. If you are looking for them - enter the middle atrium of the La Piazza shopping center, next to the clock tower. The gym is in the last door on the right. See ya at the gym!“
