“Our water bill was $200 more than previous months. The City of Austin came out and discovered the water meter was running even with all water shut off. I texted Arnold at A Deal and they came out that same day to evaluate the situation. He determined that it was a leak near the meter on our side (not the city side). To fix the issue they had to dig down approximately 5 feet and repair the problem. A faulty sprinkler system install 25 years ago had a gasket that had gave way. Roots were growing up inside the pipes. They mentioned tree roots will find the source of water and grow towards it (and into the pipe in our case). Now the meter is no longer running and our water pressure is so much stronger (now that tree roots are not growing up inside the new pipes). I am so happy with their work. Highly recommend Arnold and his whole team at A Deal.“

We kept their information on file, until the likely event we would need them for services. When I called to collect a W-9, rate sheet, and COI, they were super responsive and quickly provided what was needed to do business with them. I called back on 5/13 because of a clogged drain, and they sent a tech the next day. Sean was on time, very communicative, called before and upon arrival, and gave me tips on how to prevent the clog from reoccurring.
