Lago Dental, led by Dr. Bonny Grigor, is known for its lovely staff and great service. Patients appreciate the extra care and patience provided by Dr. Grigor and her friendly team. Many have been going to her for years and consider her the best dentist. Dr. Grigor's commitment to her patients is evident, as she has even come in on her day off to address urgent concerns, showing professionalism and thoroughness. However, some patients have raised concerns about the lack of consistent mask-wearing among staff, particularly in light of ongoing health guidelines. Overall, Lago Dental is recognized for its quality care, but there are suggestions for improving safety protocols.
I was very appreciative and thankful that Dr. Grigor took the time to come in on her day off to see why I was in so much pain, very professional and thorough. Really gave me a peace of mind once she figured out what was wrong and what it’s going to take to get taken care of. Thank you very much!
So far we've had pretty good no nonsense care from Dr Grigor. However, it is most disturbing to me that she does not have even medical staff wearing masks all the time. If the do wear masks they wear not so useful medical ear loop masks. I don't recall seeing anyone wearing an N95 respirator (mask). Staff shortages are frequent (not dissimilar to Walgreens & other pharmacies) because people are out sick. This takes the cake (brush afterwards). To me there is an obvious causal relationship between not wearing masks & staff shortages. Check the experts at perhaps the Mayo Clinic, the CDC recommendations are underwhelming. My Primary care MD has all staff wear masks. Yeah, stupid anti science edict saying you can't do that. All doctors are supposed to do no harm.
Dr. Grigor is a fine Dentist. I have had my share of work done. I know a good Dentist when I have been to one. She has good communication skills and cares about her patients. I had one molar removed and have more work to do. Great job Dr. Grigor.
