“I called Strittmatter today for a leak on my water softener customer service response was quick and in less than half an hour Cody arrived and looked into it. I told him that i need the water turned on as the leakage cameback. It’s a worked of a diff company and it didn’t last a day and it burst again. “Our family has used Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for at least 30 years. The service over the years has been excellent. Their employees are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They installed our air conditioning unit 21 years ago. We never had any issues. It might have needed a new capacitor, but nothing major.
One week ago our compressor stopped running. We called Ace on a Sunday night and they were out to our house the first thing on Monday.
