“I called Strittmatter today for a leak on my water softener customer service response was quick and in less than half an hour Cody arrived and looked into it. I told him that i need the water turned on as the leakage cameback. It’s a worked of a diff company and it didn’t last a day and it burst again. Cody yold me that the pipe that was used was not the right thing. Only Strittmatter always do the right thing. Very helpful and knowledgeable on their work.“

“Pronto Air provides impeccable and quality service. They have repaired and serviced my HVAC units for multiple years now and I don’t have any complaints. I have called them for some important repairs when my unit broke down in the middle of the Texas super hot summer and didn’t have to wait for days, they were prompt and always solved the problem before leaving. He does not take advantage of you. Each time he has come to the house two units-two different failures he has explained the issue and the solution. We did not feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. If you call the office Ryan's Lovely wife will answer and get you all set up. I have also contacted them when I thought there was an issue and instead of making a quick fee for coming to the house they talked me thru the issue over the phone and I was able to get the system up and running again-no charge! “Our family has used Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for at least 30 years. The service over the years has been excellent. Their employees are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They installed our air conditioning unit 21 years ago. We never had any issues. It might have needed a new capacitor, but nothing major.
One week ago our compressor stopped running. We called Ace on a Sunday night and they were out to our house the first thing on Monday.
