Ben Otto of CVJ Heating & AC has installed and serviced our system the past few years. He's always courteous and professional. I appreciate the CVJ maintenance program which ensures our system remains in proper working order.
Spaced out three service calls (based on customer needs). Was on time all three times, scheduling was excellent.They evaluated the problem, and executed the plan. While the plan delivered some results, it was not what they hoped.They provided a second solution, to solve the problem.They did not try to get me to “replace” my system or sell me products I did not need.Technician was professional and explained everything in detail. Will recommend and use again.Services: A/C system maintenance
CVJ is the best! My elderly mom's system was out in 97° temps and these guys came through with a new AC system when no other HVAC company would hardly return my call much less schedule a time to come out to evaluate the system.
