Tamra is the very best! I was diagnosed with bursitis in my right shoulder and it feels so much better after one appointment. She is so easy to talk to and is a wealth of knowledge! If you have any PT needs, she is IT!

Tamra is great! I am 8 weeks postpartum after having a breech delivery. My daughter was feet down practically my entire pregnancy and I suffered through pelvic pain since about month 5, so I was desperately in need of some pelvic floor therapy. She explained everything to me very clearly. It was a ton of information but she made it so easy for me to follow along! Just had my initial session today. Looking forward to strengthening my body as I complete the program! Highly recommend her.

Tamra is extremely skilled in her feild. I am seeing her currently for both my wrists and pelvic floor therapy. She has made me feel extremely comfortable. She is also very kind and interested in you as a person. I have to bring my two month old son with me, and she's so sweet to him! Her package deals are extremely affordable, she insures you are ready and understand the exercises she gives you to do at home, and after two visits I've seen much improvement! I would go to Tamra for any future PT needs!
