“In 2022, I was medically confirmed by a doctor that I had curvature in my spine scoliosis. At the time I was 29 and I am 6' 1", so I have potential back problems as I get older. I went to one chiropractor first who practiced a different adjustment methodology. I wasn't a fan of his treatment plan or the cost. I left that practice more anxious than relief. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I was familiar with the Gonstead method from Chiropractic Youtube videos. I scheduled an appointment, explained to Dr. Lut my spinal issues. He performs a preliminary X-ray of your spine and posture so he can thoroughly analyze it to come up with a solid game plan of treatment. Let me tell you this, I had a 25 degree curvature and through consecutive treatments for 3-4 months we got it down to 20 or 21 degrees. He is a dedicated and talented Chiropractor, I cannot begin to say enough good things about his professionalism, compassion, and skill. I had injured myself during exercise and locked up some area in my spine and I was in so much pain for a few days. After 2 sessions, he got the area corrected and I cannot express how much of the relief I felt afterwards. Recently, I missed a step while walking down some stairs and landed awkwardly on my left foot spraining it considerably. After I got the swelling down, he examined the foot and adjusted the joints to get it back to correct placement. I work a corporate office job so I am constantly in a office chair. Not good for the back, I know. I regularly visit him 2-3 weeks at a time for a regular adjustment because maintenance of the body is key to keeping from things getting dangerously worse. Dr. Lut doesn't give a one size fits all treatment plan, he X-rays your spine, obtains information from his patients, and analyzes all variables to create the best treatment plan he believes that will be in your benefit. “Hi, my name is Shabana, I would like to share my wonderful experience with Dr.Stephany at Thrive. Around 3 years back I fell on my Dish washer cover by mistake, after two years I came down with an awful Sciatica pain that crippled me and I was in intense pain, after MRI I found that I have 5 Disc herniations from L1 to S1 and also Spinal Stenosis, everyone told me that I have to do surgery and success rate is not much. I prayed to Allah Almighty and Majesty, day and night to find me an alternate route, after one year of praying finally Allah answered my prayer and I saw Dr.Stephany and asked her if she could do anything for me, mind you by that time I already saw Physical Therapist, massage therapist, different Chiropractors, Acupuncture and they all told me we will try otherwise you have to see a surgeon. I saw on net that Gonstead Chiropractic can only handle Disc issues without surgery, so Stephany told me that she can help me, by that time I was in so much pain that every night I would wake up by midnight and could not lie on my bed due to severe hip and Sciatica pain. Any way just in my second visit I slept at night till two then three and after 5th visits, I could sleep through whole night, I thanked Allah for guiding me to the right place. I am still with her as she told me I have to make 36 visits to see a complete recovery, it's a long way but with the permission of God it's the right way.
