I went here to get new contacts and glasses about a month ago. Office staff was friendly, as well as the doctor I saw. My issue is with my glasses. I received my contacts within a week, but no glasses. I waited a few days, as I know the glasses can take longer sometimes. Still didn’t here anything, so I called on a Thursday and asked about the status of them. I was told there was an issue at the manufacturing company and it was delayed, it’ll be there by Saturday and he’ll give me a call back. Come the next Tuesday still no word. I called back, spoke with a girl who gave me a different answer about them being delayed and that she tasked the Dr to look into it and give me a call back asap the next morning. Next Monday came around and again, no word or call. I called again, spoke with another man who told me they were still delayed and they’ll be here, yet again, by that Saturday. It is now the following Tuesday and I still do not have my glasses. I called AGAIN today, and yet again was told they are delayed over a completely different issue and that someone will call me back tomorrow.At this point, I just want a refund.

I went in for a regular eye exam and i was greeted at the front desk by Joanna who was very nice and patient with me during the check in process. I was then taken back by Felipe, the technician who prepared me for the before the doctor saw me, he was very informative made the whole process less stressful. Dr. Driscoll was both thorough and quick, and after roughly 10 minutes I had a new glasses prescription. Finally i was helped by Carrie who has a great sense of fashion and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Overall i was in and out in a timely fashion and had plenty of help if I had any questions. Very kind staff and great glasses selection. I definitely will return here when its time for my next exam.

We have had a great experience at Total Eye care (Keller). All the staff is outstanding. We particularly enjoy working with Melanie. She is always very friendly, and helpful fitting for the right pair of glasses. Billing is straight forward and we have never had any snags using our eye insurance. The extended hours that include evenings are very convenient. Overall, top service. We highly recommend it.
