If I could give this 0 stars I would. I LOVE the eye doctor's office here but the glasses portion of the business, Special Eyes Optical is terrible. On one particular occasion, I selected a frame for my child and waited at the desk for fifteen minutes while the employee was on the phone. Since she had no intention of getting off the phone to help us, I took my daughter to school and returned an hour later to purchase the frames that my daughter loved. -- The employee stated, in a rude tone "You can't buy these without the patient here."
