My regular PCP was backed up almost 2 months out when I tried to get refill on my prescription. Thought I'd try something new even tho I have insurance, thought I'd try and pay the monthly fee. Instead of the usual sit in the lobby 45m and then 5m annual physical, I was only in the lobby maybe 5m and the Doctor spent almost an hour with me discussing a variety of things. They got everything squared away and made me feel like more than just another patient. Thanks.
