I agree the fitness manager was rude. But other than that it’s a great facility. Outdoor pool and spa there will always be tiny bugs unavoidable - just swim. Ppl it’s a sports club. You share your sweat so wiped it off. Bottom line for me this facility meets my needs.

I mostly enjoy coming here. One thing that I'm starting to dislike I'd the customer service. On multiple occasions I have signed in and said hello goodmorning and was completely ignored for side chatter amongst the front desk. Lynn specifically is who I usually encounter and she has been dismissive and ignores me everyday. Spin class instructors are awesome and I do really enjoy that experience. Overall nice facilities but pricy for the customer service you receive

I’ve been coming here for over a year. I have been a member at both lifetime, and here-similar price range. I prefer villa a million times over!I love that there’s always a squat rack open, or a deadlift platform for me, at lifetime you really have to fight for it, like a vulture ?It’s a friendly environment for ALL fitness levels. The trainers and staff have all been super friendly. It can be intimidating going somewhere, but here there are folks of all walks of life, and a very welcoming community. I like seeing all the familiar faces every day :)I only go in the morning, and the crowd is minimal, which I really enjoy. The space is not as large as other gyms but...read full review
