“AiresServe of River Oaks installed our unit in February but we had issues that didn’t get properly fixed until Robert showed up. He noted that the unit (a Daikin) was improperly wired and that the slope on the drain line wasn’t sufficient. Now that AireServe of Katy has taken over the River Oaks business, Robert repaired the issues and did a great job documenting and explaining what was done. I’m hopeful that this will be the last time we have to call anyone out for other than routine maintenance!“
