My family has been living in Katy for 3 years, and our previous experience with 2 other residential HVAC business has been sub-standard. But not with Ideal Air Service. Steve (Hvac tech) has been honest, forthcoming, and above all, shows that he cares about my family well being. All of my interactions with the business on the phone has also been pleasant and understanding. I hope my family can maintain such a relationship with this business.

I’ve been using Ideal Air for three years, and they do a wonderful job: timely, reasonable prices and excellent work. Allen just left my home after performing the Spring maintenance to make sure our system is working properly before it gets hot. As always, he was professional, thoughtful (wore booties in my home without having to be asked) and did a thorough job. I had them install a whole house dehumidifier a couple of years ago because the relative humidity was running far too high, and we have mold sensitivities. Marion and Allen both showed up on time, were friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to rectify an issue that I had been dealing with for 6 months. I will be using them for all my AC needs.
