They have serviced our A/C’s professionally, cheerfully and no surprises.
I added a standby generator to fill in when storms knock out the power, and learned I needed “soft start’s” to make this more efficient with a generator.
Ideal coordinated the analysis to be sure I didn’t already have soft starts ( I did not) and assigned Oscar to procure and install them.
Oscar coordinated scheduling, came out and installed the items professionally and cheerfully, handled signing me up on the service agreement which got a discount on the sift starts and showed me how to figure the watts usage for the generator.

“By luck, I stumbled upon Bill Anderson Air a few yrs back when our A/C needed attention, and yes in the summer. They had a service tech come out and quickly diagnosis the problem and make the repair in what seemed like no time. He showed me what the issue, told me what it was going to cost and after my OK, work was done right there. Fast forward to this yr. Again, another issue, in the summer and I called them, on a Saturday. And yes, they were able to come out and yes, they got the system up and running while there. Same as before, showed me damaged item - and it was damaged - told me what it would cost to fix there and then and after the OK, back up and running in no time. Additionally, the tech gave me some pointers on how to run the a/c in a 2-story house, as I'd never lived in one before and how to do some easy repairs myself and save the service call. That was much appreciated. And then in July of this yr, you guessed it, another issue, but this was a lot bigger. The same tech came out, diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. Even told me that the part to be replaced was still under warranty if I wanted to go that route. The warranty was not the way to go but replace the items that needed replacing. He gave me the quote and we scheduled the work. Service team was on time as scheduled and quickly replaced what needed to be replaced. This was all in the attic and they were so quiet as working from home can be an issue with workers in the house. One last thing - they didn't try to up-sell me anything. Not being an a/c person, most of the time we rely on what is told to us. My son-in-law is in commercial a/c and when I ran this past him, he was impressed with pricing and quality of work.
