“My girlfriend lives in Gainesville, TX and teaches special education there. While we were out camping Mother Nature left us a gift to which we learned of upon entry into her home. A massive hole in the middle of the living room. I contacted David at Dimensional, he came out and assessed the roof and the wonderful hole in the living room ceiling. He taped up the hole and tarped the roof until the adjuster could come out. Which took a couple of weeks. He worked hard to ensure the insurance company would approve the claim. They repaired the hole in the ceiling and a couple weeks later began removed the felt paper and well then what we found was as absolutely astonishing…no decking under the felt. See the pictures one cannot make up the what was discovered. David immediately contacted Jimmy the owner and Jimmy went to work to get emergency funds from the insurance company to deck the entire roof. A day and a half later the girlfriend now has a roof done right! David, Jimmy, Amanda and the roofing crew thank you all for your hard work and assistance.“
