I had this company installed a 2023 a central ac unit last year. Come to find out that instead of installing it up to code with electrical. I now have to out of code electrical issues. One being my sediment trap was installed with a flimsy yellow tube instead of the sediment trap now causing a hazardous risk to my home and family. In addition to my drain line is not insulated. I have called more than once. Two of the times i called to speak with the supervisor or manager and I was not able to reach them. I was told that he wasn't in the office that a message will be given for him to call me back. I have not recieved a call back. And the receptionist didn't even wanna provide me with her name nor the supervisor name. They will fix the damage they caused. This a code electrical issue.
