From my initial call through the complete replacement of my HVAC the following day, everything went amazingly well. They installed better equipment than I expected and the process was flawless! The people at Cool Climate are great! I met several of them during my recent AC failure and were they ever speedy. Dave, a technician was great, explained everything and allowed me to see the test results. The next day the installers were back to me first thing and did a great job. When it came time to work with our insurance, Janet helped multiple times to get the documentation just right, which then sailed through the adjusters quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very much recommend them!Services: HVAC system repair

Cool Climate came out within an hour of calling them on a Friday night just around 6. The gentleman fixed the part quickly and the charge was a lot less then I had expected. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have already used them as well and were very pleased. Great Job Cool Climate!
