For transparency, the original review was regarding multiple payments taken from our accounts well after the cancellation. I tried reaching out to the gym first but my call was missed, so I started a dispute process with my bank.

To my surprise, Heather contacted me back directly an hour or so later and immediately started the refund process for both accounts. She was very understanding and polite the whole time. Given how difficult it can be to break free from gyms, this was a very positive change.

At this point I can say I would recommend the gym based on it's pricing and equipment. Just be vigilant about the cancellation process just in case a mistake happens that no one catches.“
