“I have been to three classes here so far and plan for more! The only downside is the charge for towels. I understand charging for a rental mat but given the hot studio and that props are included I think they should include that as well. Every instructor has been awesome and I appreciate them welcoming all levels!“
“Nicole is a wizard. That's all there is to it. As a teacher myself, it's not always easy to find another teacher who can truly bamboozle you in the best way. Nicole absolutely schooled me with two blocks and a zoom link - and I loved every minute of it. She's got that secret sauce of intelligent, creative sequencing, experience, wisdom and a genuine desire to be of service. Also, you will absolutely have a giggle at some point. 15/10 recommend.“
“Went for Emmanuel Gillespie's solo exhibit, which was awesome. As it relates to the gallery itself, the spatial layout was great! Gallery located on two levels with space maximized to present exhibits in the most effective manner. Well worth the trip!!Gallery also focused in The Best of D Magazine's 2023 Summer Edition.“
“Attended two classes here. Beginner yoga and Yin plus sound bath. Both classes had good instructors. I found the sound bath class with music bowls to be very relaxing and a good way to end a long day.“
“I love Yin Yoga classes! Cristina is great. The place is super cute and clean. Beautiful environment“
“I really enjoyed being a part of Lee Ann's class. I immediately felt welcome and appreciated how easy she was to follow. Thanks, Andy Fogarty“
“Christina is an amazing person who brings a mindful experience to a peaceful yoga environment that feels truly special.“
“Visiting the Dallas area from Portland, I dropped in on a Saturday class taught by Adrianne and felt immediately at home. What a wonderful community of people - everyone was really welcoming. The class was a nice blend of mindfulness and movement for me. I will certainly be back if I find more time this weekend to do so!I am an experienced yogi and felt the class was right for me - Adrianne was helpful with alternate positions for certain poses!“
“Tara is absolutely phenomenal! This is hands down the best workout of my life!! Huge energetic release, sweat session that lifts your spirits all week!Highly Recommend“
“I've been coming here for Zumba and Salsa \u0026 Bachata classes since October 2018. I am embarrased to realize that it has taken me this long to write a glowing review of this studio, it's owner, and all the instructors I have interacted with. First, the owner, Kennya Sanchez, is the epitome of inspiration, dedication, hard-work, and welcome. She truly wants to see all her clients (who she calls 'familia') grow and reach their goals while enjoying themselves in the process. I am amazed by her energy and hospitality every week I come here. The instructors that I know - Gabriel, Apache, Marinda, all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, at home, and most of all, empowered to pick up new skills and push yourself to the next level. They are also very active in their communities outside of the studio which proves to me that they truly enjoy what they do and that it is not just a job for them. The studio itself has become like a second home to my husband and myself. We took lessons here for about 3 months before our wedding and Kennya choreographed our first dance! we love it so much, we plan to keep coming and learning with these amazing folks! Whether you're a beginner at Zumba, Yoga, and or dance (as I was), there is no judgement here, just support and encouragement to keep practicing and growing. Thank you Vivé for all you do!“
“Best massage ever! For Christmas my husband and I received a Couple Massage at Grapevine Massage and Yoga. Both my husband and I have gotten regular massages before at different Corporate Massage chain places but I have to say they don't come close to Grapevine Massage. Jill was fantastic and had address both of our issues. She was accommodating with the different types of massage we wanted. My husband got a deep tissue massage while I had a lighter version. Book a massage with her, so worth it!“
“Deeply impactful Yoga Teacher Training. Understanding the science of the brain and self regulation and how that intersects with traditional Yoga has been huge. Not only did we learn these things, but we were able to embrace tools to teach others effectively as well. Highly recommend.“
“After almost two months, I can clearly see and feel the improvement in my energy levels, flexibility, and strength. Very happy with my experience!“
“I have known the powerhouse proprietor for a number of years. I took the opportunity to buy myself some yoga classes since I am working from home these days. Alex has hand-picked the BEST yogi for her studio. Alex has always brought her best to a training session whether it is weights, kettlebells or primal movement. She is driven by her passion to improve people's lives.“
“Fantastic Bikram studio - I've missed the practice for years and was happy to find this studio and to have been so welcomed in. Studio is very clean, instructors are very good, swag shop is nice and coconut water is clutch after class. Will be back for both 60 and 90 Bikram!“
“There's a little something for everyone here. Plenty of food options are available. Miscellaneous shops without all the hustle and bustle of across the street.“
“I wish Blue Feather was much closer to where I live—I would go much more often. I loved the pretty blue silks, and I appreciated how the instructor (Deidre) was so flexible to allow some “play time” at the end of class. Despite feeling sore afterwards due to all the pulling and tension of the silks, I can’t wait to back for more!“
“Amazing instructors who focus on classical Pilates method exercises. For the first time I'm REALLY feeling my core and tiny muscles I never knew existed and getting relief from the aches and pain in my neck and back. The classes are tailored to different levels and they even offer workshops so I always feel safe and supported as I progress in my practice. I feel as if I'm receiving personalized private training for a group class rate!!“
“Great place to experience and work out at. Darryl was my instructor for my day and he’s very informative and smart and knew exactly what I was lacking for my progress. Highly recommend this!“
“Hi y'all, I'm Tiffany Knowlton: Owner, Artistic Director, Dance Educator, Choreographer, Social Media, Costumes, and Grand-National Award Winning Coach of EDCT STARS Competition Team. I am a retired professional dancer who has been completely in love with dance since the age of 3. I am so grateful that I am able to forward my passion, love, and decades of experience in Fine & Performing Arts to the next generation of dancers. Addressing some of the outright slander and lies of the 1-Star review from Marie P.: #1: "The Owner/Teacher Ms. Tiffany can really be tough on the kids to the point that children cried after several of their class. She often gets upset at the children if they didn't understand a dance more or technique." I do not EVER "make children cry", that is not my teaching philosophy whatsoever. If a student falls behind, I advise parents to encourage their child to study tutorials and spend time on strength & flexibility at home, review choreography (that I record, upload, and spend my free time sending to dance parents via email), actually physically practice, and come to class prepared so we can move on in the next class hour. If a student falls behind by a more noticeable margin, I may become concerned. My ultimate goal is to see every student improve and become the best dancer that they desire to be. Competition Team and Recreational Dance are completely different beasts. My coaching of Elite's competitive dance team is more intense than recreational. I always support all students in their dance journeys whether competitive or rec. Marie P.'s daughter approached me backstage at Winter Recital and asked me to invite her to join EDCT STARS for '24. This student is a novice-level dancer with very little athletic conditioning or classical dance training, BUT, I saw her tenacity and a bit of progress, so I thought, "yes, let's do this together, I know I can make you better if I can teach you more often," and I did exactly that and then some. #2: "I spoke to the owner's husband Andrew and informed him that my job would donate money to an organization of our choice if we did volunteer work. I asked if that money could go to my daughter and he stated that it could not, that it would go towards each child's account and their account will show a credit for the money that was being sent. I told him that was fine. I started to do the hours and my job donated $600." At the initial meeting for STARS, we provided both high-end and low-end cost estimates for competition season. We stuck to the low-end as promised, AND delivered a spreadsheet of tuition deadlines, due dates, and provided a payment schedule to every parent. We never promised to give any sort of rebate, refund, or deduction to anyone. Our billing contract and policies are posted 24/7/365 on our website. We are extremely honest and upfront in ALL business dealings. We received $200 at three separate junctures, totaling $600, between the months of January and June from Marie P.'s employer via direct deposit to our 501(c)3 charitable branch, EDCT CARES. We cannot transfer money from charitable donation to a specific child's account even if a parent demands it, and we thoroughly explained this. Marie then proceeded to harass us for MONTHS via email, to the point we were advised by our attorney to cease direct communication with Marie regarding EDCT CARES charitable contributions. Andrew (Owner and CFO) is available at the front desk. Marie never attempted to communicate in-person, she bullies & harasses behind her computer screen, just as she has done here. Additionally, I teach EDCT STARS anywhere between 5 & 10 hours most weeks, and charge only ONE class tuition. I do not "get a paycheck", I work FOR FREE every day for the last 4 years. #3: "I started on my volunteer hours". No, you did NOTHING by way of volunteering. The only thing you volunteered was disrespect, bullying, harassment, and lies. #4: "Our child was supposed to“
