“I went to Med Express to be seen quickly since I had a gaping cut over my left eye that was bleeding profusely. My experience at hospital ER’s is much slower unless you are having a stroke or heart attack. The hospital triage system can have one waiting 5 hours, which I have experienced. Dr. Fontenote and her staff got me right in and did double layer stitches because of the depth of the wound. I was then taken to X-ray for what turned out to be a fractured left elbow. Once the imaging was completed and read, my elbow was splinted and put in a sling. I was then given after care instructions and referrals to multiple orthopaedic surgeons. All of this was done in less than two hours. Thanks for the quality and efficiency of your care and service. I highly recommend Med Express for these type injuries but also for illnesses that can’t wait for an appointment a week or more out.“
