First time trying any form of yoga, I’m also 31 weeks pregnant and Jessica is the instructor and she was the sweetest and most caring person! She accommodated me when necessary during the class and made sure i was comfortable!! I will definitely be returning this was much needed for my mental and some alone ME time!!! “I was very hesitant to join but so happy I did! I really love this place- super clean and all the machines work properly. I have had the misfortune to work out on broken machines in other locations but this one is by far my favorite! Morgan goes above and beyond and was very up front about the contract/ cancellation policy and answered all my questions.Perfect place if you need to get a couple quick 15 minute workouts in a day for a big calorie burn! Love it!!“
