Brett and his team are awesome. We use Preferred Climate Solutions for mobile cooling and heating for major events all around the Austin area. He is always responsive, timely, and makes sure we have what we need!
We had the BEST experience with Preferred Climate Solutions (Brett). Our family held a reunion in a facility with no AC in July and Brett made sure to provide a "cool" solution to our needs. He delivered, set up and gave us instructions on the portable AC units which worked exactly as stated. I recommend this company to everyone needing these services because they really do care about personal comfort! Brett thank you for providing above and beyond service.
I am so thankful for how responsive and helpful Preferred Clinate Solutiins was. I called them last minute to rent heaters for a party, and Brett made things look so easy. He delivered the heaters and set them up promptly, and then he picked them up the next day. They worked perfectly.
