Mr Lucas came out to our hotel to see what was going on with the freezer in our market area. He did and excellent job explaining what was needed for the repair and did so in a timely manner. He was very nice and great to talk to. He was very helpful and went above and beyond in his service for us today! 10 / 10 would recommend!
