The flooring project dragged out for months and we encountered every possible issue that caused delays:broken tileInstaller arrived and informed us that the materials where missingPlumber wasn’t calledThe staff didn’t call backBaseboards were missingJust overall a tremendous headache and a bunch of wasted time repeating calling in trying to get issues resolved and corrected; a bunch of back and forth!Now most recently, the issue is that they need to order new materials and pick up the old materials that has been sitting in my garage in the way!!The guy just calls me to state that he’s picking up -no one bothered to notify me about any pick up.Service: Tile...read full review

I recently went into your store I purchase something in the plumbing department and was helped by Jerry. I am 79 years old and didn’t have the slightest idea about what I was looking for. He was so helpful and I appreciated his help. I would highly recommended him to help you if you need it.

I have once again had the best service at The Home Depot in Hutto, Texas! From Joe in the Garden Department to Shyniaa at the checkout. I picked up a pre- ordered item that was not available at the time of pickup. Ms. Lyn Nelson assisted me and went above and beyond to help me find a replacement item. She left her desk at the Customer Service area and walked me to the area to find a replacement item. I highly recommend this store and will gladly return again. Thank you for all you do.
