Very satisfied with the work completed on our home by BesTex. The February Austin winter ice storm hit us hard and resulted in huge tree limbs on top of our home in addition to tree limbs covering our entire front and back yard. There was a lot of damage to our roof, siding, gutters, trim, etc. Rob with BesTex stopped by and offered help with moving some branches to clear the walkway into the house, but we declined as we needed to leave everything “as is” for the insurance adjuster to evaluate. Rob was helpful and let us know about BesTex and the services they offer, which included being present when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the damage for our claim....read full review
