I went here on 2/21/24 around 3pm and the staff was super sweet and rude they didn't fully fill my nails all the way the color was wrong the design was really messed up. I'm not coming back

Used this nail shop for the first time because I was in the area for business. Waited 45 mins to get a pedicure and then decided to get a fill. I asked to keep the length and change shape from square to coffin with pink powder and clear top coat. Guy was there hardly doing anything I'm assuming he's not actually employed there ans may just be a technicians husband or something. He began filing with the electric and burned my finger with it. Then another came and began cutting my set with a drill into oval shape without asking or confirming what I had told the guy I wanted I let her know I wanted coffin shape she attempted to shape the oval in coffin and I was no satisfied...read full review

I had my regular pedicure yesterday 3/1/24 and the picture shows the result of an overzealous technician while using what turned out to be a cheese grader on my calluses and the bottom of my foot. I hope this gouge doesn’t get infected!
