I have been going to VIP nails next to HEB on west lake Houston and 1960 for at least 10 years.Whether I make an apt or come in as a walk in they are always so accommodating. The girls that work the front desk are good at letting you know if there is a wait time and ask if you'd like to wait or if you'd like to make an apt.I have had my nails done by every nail tech. They always listen to what I'd like done and if they can't help they ask another tech ( ie a certain design on my nails).Everyone here is friendly, they work with you. Best nail shop ever... Ive been coming here for 3+ years and my Tech is Kim... Shes the best... but if I can't get her services Mindy and Linda are the next I go to... never dissatisfied...
