“I have been “seeing” Dr Kuo and Dr Bui for years! They are excellent at what they do and I love supporting small, family businesses. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years since my recent visit but I do recall waiting quite a bit last time and this time as well. I would like to see them make appointments based on the time they spend with patients - perhaps space them out a little more rather than having patients wait. I am very particular about time and I do believe it’s disrespectful to waste people’s time. I work in the hospital industry and this is a standard there, too — making people wait. It’s just not ideal. I hope Dr Bui and Dr Kuo will consider stretching appointment times a bit more so that their customers don’t face such a long wait time.
