“I discovered Flash Eyewear and Repair by accident when I stopped at a traffic light. For months I had been told by the several big box vision companies that they did not have the local expertise to cut my lenses. The problem they never solved was cutting lenses for a unique titanium frame that required the frame wire to be embed in and wrap around each lense. (Mario Santillan made a perfect cut. Excellent Job!Mario from Flash Eyewear is a true treasure in Houston. I am a committed customer! In June 2023 he filled my prescription and ground my lenses so my wire rimed frames could be embedded into my lenses. His skill sets are off the chart and his office is superb, professional and friendly. In just a few words: If he and his office were prize fighters; they are punching way above their weight class. Try them! You fill find no exaggeration - just facts. Their Excellence Continues.“

“Dr. Matocha is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for 2+ years now. Her entire staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to assist with frames and/or insurance questions. Dr. Matocha spends time listening to my concerns (which typically are minimal) and never makes me feel rushed or that a question is unimportant. She pointed out allergies I had around my eyes and helped me find solutions to resolve them. Although I go once a year, the staff treats me like they see me monthly. I highly recommend Dr. Matocha and her office!“
