When I first started working with Vanguard, I was barely grossing 5k-10k monthly, just pulling residential accounts. In less than 6 months in averaging 300k annually. I speak about the numbers because numbers don't lie. Melissa and Jose are very good at what they do. I set a goal for my company, and I met that goal. Any accommodations I need for my staff are done.
