First off, they do show up and don't stand outside in your driveway talking on the cell phone or have chronic "emergencies they need to Leave for" like cozy maids often does. They quoted us a few hundred dollars. We told them my moms house was in despicable conditions because she is bed ridden and cannot do much. They sent a few ladies out and called constantly saying it would be a big job and said we had to shell out $1300! We paid it because she is sick and has to have the house in healthy conditions. A few things: I made the call/ appointment for the cleaning but it's my MOTHERS house. They were told and could see I work from home and cannot drop everything and take their constant phone calls or maids barging in. For whatever reason; the office staff kept calling me during work hours to discuss pricing,Cleaning , etc. Then, the maids were constantly at my office door wanting to talk (tell me they were going to lunch, we're leaving. It was not necessary to constantly knock on my office door or give a play by play. I deal with private information for clients and this could be a security breach. They also just stuffed stuff into closets, the baby's playpen, etc. yes they cleaned well and the results are nothing short of amazing, but --- some things were half assed. And to those bellyaching because they didn't drop everything and cater to them/ show up that day because they think they're more important than others ... sorry Charlie, they require an appointment. Get in line like the rest of us. Also when the maid said she was leaving for the day, I had to remind her she did not vacuum my mothers bedroom carpets. She went back and did it, but the vacuuming was lackluster in some areas .

Simply great maid service! Wonderful customer service! Very reasonable rates! I’ve used many other maids and maid services before, and they’re the only ones I’ve kept. I recommended Maid Envy to my friends and they think they’re great too!!
