This is a lovely facility! The unlimited package is a fantastic deal and they even can include pick up and drop off services if requested. The staff is always extremely considerate and clearly love the dogs under their care. The facility is always super clean and there are multiple people keeping an eye on the dogs at all times. The staff to dog ratios ensure that it's never overcrowded or unsafe. They provide daily report cards detailing how my dog's day has gone, who she made friends with, and they even include photos, videos, and personal comments. My old dog was not used to being around other pooches. Unleashed Retreat has been very patient working with him and his anxiety is improving with every visit. They are organized and the website is easy to work with.

I am an obsessed dog mom. My boy gets nothing but the best. We went out of town and he needed a place to stay. I was so happy to be able to look at the cameras and see him trotting around with his doggy friends. The staff is very friendly and reassuring that my boy will be safe and loved while we are away. Highly recommend!
