Thanks so much, UltraFix and Aydin! Our fridge decided to go out today. I called around 1pm to schedule a service call and Aydin arrived around 3:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts in his truck, and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
Alex our technician was fantastic! We had our washer machine suddenly stop draining & water pump broke. We were worried about having someone to come service on such short notice just before the weekend. We ended up calling after business hours around 7pm on a Friday - we were answered promptly and scheduled for the next afternoon during convenient times.Our technician arrived within that timeframe, and it took around 30-45 minutes for the issue to be diagnosed and fully repaired - plus he had parts already with him in his van which was incredibly convenient.
