Had work done on my Thermador fridge and Anthony was great! He was patient and was kind enough to look at another appliance (Scotsman ice machine) that I had forgotten to ask about to relay to the office in order to protect my time. It had been worked on by 3 previous companies that turned out to be a fail. Uptown has been great I’m really hoping their work lasts.
The part I needed to repair my older oven was obsolete but Uptown Appliance stuck with it and finally found one. Anthony and Eddie, my technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and nice to work with.
Our first time to use Uptown. They showed up earlier than later in the arrival time window. The technician "Hector" was very polite and diagnosed the problem with our dryer immediately. From the time he came through the front door until he left wasn't quite 20 min. Uptown will be our first call for any future appliance repair. Great job guys!
