I had long wondered about this place so when I needed to quickly find out if my kids have strep to see if they could return to school, I came right when it opened and I saw some people waiting but we got called back for the tests in 5 minutes, and 10 minutes later we had the results! I think the bad reviews are not representative of the general quality of service. Nice fun pictures on the walls and cartoons on the TVs and friendly staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we have been to this urgent care several times and go to the office next door for our regular pediatrician. Our experience this time was horrible. We were told it would be a three hour wait, which wasn't ideal but we decided to wait. Right before the three hour mark I confirmed that we were next in line. They call us in and then we proceed to wait another hour in the exam room. The entire reason for this cluster was the doctor that was working, she was clearly the hold up because she did not know what she was doing. Came here for a checkup and it was pretty packed the said it would be a two hour wait and it ended up being 3 1/2 hours until we could be seen. The did a covid test and it has been about 1 hour and nothing has happened worst service
