5 star service for amazing urgent care. I've been here twice, once in 2023 and once in 2024. Pluses 1. You can book online 2. Prices are set for insured and those without insurance, good value 3. Dr. Terrence Chang (FM and sports med) and Ben are amazing, so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful for care needs. Areas to improve None except I think it would be nice to see the bios of the employees who work at each location on their website. No one wants to go to urgent care, but it's nice to see familiar faces and feel comfortable with care recommendations. Highly recommended!

It was easy to make a same-day appointment online. When I arrived, very easy check in. Didn't have to wait long for the nurse to take vitals, then for the doctor to come in. Didn't feel rushed at all. Will be back!

When I called, receptionist friendly and quick to send appropriate link for me to register. In touch w me to let me know room ready as we traveled there to see MD. Promptly got me in a room, saw the MD within 15 min., recd script, and out the door within 45 minutes. Staff pleasant, professional, caring. Most definitely would recommend this UC and Dr Chang.Post script. To the person who asked about finding med records: I downloaded the app FollowMyHealth and created an account and was able to find the record of my visit.
