Terminix offers their NIX satisfaction guarantee per their website, however they do not honor this guarantee. I paid over 6K for their rodent exclusion services and was told the insulation replacement would get rid of the rodent problem. This did not resolve the problem!Terminix has come out numerous times to resolve the issue. Many appointments were cancelled with no notice, and they even claimed to have serviced our home without us present which is not possible considering my grandmother doesn't leave the house. We love the regular pest control but the Termite service is a complete joke. Do not use Terminex for for home termite control. A year ago we paid almost $2,500 and were promised a money back guarantee and were told if it came to it they would pay to tent the house. Fast forward to today and have continued to have termites. They reappeared four times over the past year. I asked if they would have the house tented since their spot treatments clearly don't work. They said no they don't do that and dry wood termites keep coming back so that's why you have to keep paying every year for our protection. Booked an inspection, told a two hour window. W called the morning of to confirm, as well as just before going to meet at allocates time. 2 hours later I call to be told they cancelled my appointment and don't know who booked it but that inspector wasn't available. Worst service and waste of time. They do not have a supra either. Awful
