I got a message from Josh about 5 mins later asking if he could could by in about an hour to provide and estimate and could do it as soon as the next day. Quick efficient and professional for the brief estimate appointment. We agreed for him to come the next day to do the work and again he was quick, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. He set up our sound bar as well and kept us educated on any adjustments that were needed. 10/10 for my guy Josh as he was in and out and exceeded my expectations. When he was here on July 12th for our quarter Extermination service he asked about our black miniature dachshund that recently died and wished us his condolences. I also was visiting my daughter on Summer Anne Dr. in Humble while Kelton was across the street unloading his equipment and he shouted out Hi Russ.
