Sydney knows what he’s doing. 30 minutes on the bike(cardio) and 25-30 on weights. If you stick with it, it will work. Once I got serious I started seeing lots of improvements in many ways. This is a commitment. The price per session is good but you have to commit to a 70 workout package. Like I said you have to commit.Small studio well equipped. He supplies water and towel.I highly recommend Superset fitness.
Small studio, well equipped good program. Great price but you must commit to a 70 workout package. It will not work for you if you only come twice weekly. Sydney knows what he's doing but again you must be committed. Right off of NASA rd close to 45, NASA , Webster and Clearlake area. 1 hour session 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights.
Drove by this hidden treasure daily for a few years, never paid much attention. Searched for trainers in my area and was shocked to find it down the road from me. Had already considered the typical failure of finding a fancy gym, hiring a trainer to get me started, stop using the trainer because of the cost, eventually stop going, then continue to pay out a gym contract I wasn't using. Did it over and over. Then I called Sidney. His setup was perfect for me. He is a trainer with his own gym. He is very reasonable in price. I would be shocked if someone found a trainer that charges any less than double than what Sidney charges. In fact, if you were lucky enough to find one, you more than likely still need to pay a gym membership. He is seriously that reasonable. I was 229 pounds when I started with Sidney in January 2017. 7 months later I was 175 and the fittest I've ever been in my life. My doctor took me off my cholesterol meds and acid reflux meds. No more damn pills!!!! Without a doubt, Sidney's structured 8 workouts (cardio and weights) are the biggest reason I've been successful, but he also coaches his clients on the foods we eat. He's very knowledgeable in his craft. I've met way too many 20 year old "trainers" that may have certifications, but no real life experience with actual people working all day then going in for a workout. Sidney spent many years in the oil and gas business before starting his business. He 'gets' us working folk trying to do right. He's not a rah rah trainer, and he won't chase you down looking for you. He works out using the exact same routines. His motto seems to be setting an example for his clients and being there for them. He really enjoys watching our excitement when we start seeing our bodies change. It's weird looking back. It was a process. Not a fad. He just takes you day-to-day, not pushing you too hard, but just enough to advance. When you have a bad workout, and you voice it, he encourages you and disagrees. You made it in, you worked out. It was good. If you're looking for someone that 'gets' most of us and likely knows exactly what you're struggling with, you should stop by and chat with him. I'll tell you though, he's not one to sit there and sell his service. He will describe it pretty well, but his best selling technique is done when you get there to workout. Good luck!!!!
