The vet was supper clean. All associates where super friendly and took care of us from start to finish. The doctor sat in the floor with my dog to treat and figure out what was wrong with him. We will be going to them a lot more

Switching vets to come to Dr Nestor at Southbelt AH made all the difference. Dr Nestor was very kind, sensitive and helpful in teaching me how to give sub-q liquids to my cat, recently diagnosed with CKD. I was really stressed out about it.But her calm, encouraging personality and kind vet staff, totally helped me overcome my nervousness and I was able to learn from my mistakes in a supportive environment, relax about the process, and was able to successfully learn what I was doing wrong. The next morning, I felt a lot better about doing it and was able to do so, and not freak out about it, and now I know I’ll be able to give them every day as he needs. Took my very sick dog Petunia. They got her in the same day and evaluated her quickly. She ended up needing further emergency treatment, but they got her stabilized and out of so much pain. The office staff and techs were very caring, and Dr. Nester explained all our options in a practical easy to understand way. They sent us with all the necessary documents too. Petunia was in good hands here.
