Dawson was my Technician today and I couldn't have asked for a better one, not only friendly, polite, came at a great time, told me about the maintenance plan, but was just all around super informative and great to be around! Please make it so that we can have the same Technicians come out for the services, this makes your customers feel safer and we appreciate the consistency in people. Great guy !

I've been using quality home products of Texas for 8 years now. I've had my fair share of run-ins with my water softening system but every time someone comes out, my techs are really good about helping me get back up and running. And advising me of different things that are going on. I would recommend this company and they stay in contact with you as well to get your annual check up and maintenance on the machines.
