I’ve fallen back in love with my house again.I contacted four different companies for bids on replacing our siding after a raccoon destroyed one side of our home. Greg Vincent arrived on schedule and did a walk of the property with us. He was extremely detailed in the bid and expectations, more so than the other bids, and gave a great estimate. The price offered was lower than competitors and included features that the other bidders insisted were add-ons for additional costs. He was very knowledgeable and concise. I very much enjoyed working with him.The crew arrived on Monday alongside shortly after delivery of the supplies to explain the process. The crew leader, Oscar, was very kind and extremely knowledgeable as well. When he opened the wall, we discovered that there was no insulation behind the original 1950s siding and Greg was quickly able to get us an updated quote at a very fair price for all new insulation. The crew was very nice and did very high quality work. When we decided we wanted two colors of paint rather than just one at the last minute, Greg and Oscar were very patient and eager to help get it done at a good price. Greg even gave his opinion on which shade of purple he liked best, surely an unorthodox color choice for house. They still assisted eagerly and without judgement for our whimsically colored home.I would absolutely recommend these guys.“

“We contacted SmartHomes to redo our roof because we could hear squirrels scratching in the attic and therefore needed to redo the roof quickly. Franklin came over for the inspection and explained the whole process, material choice with me. We asked more questions about the roof ventilation and Franklin was able to help us with that as well. We chose them and the day of the work, while they were working on the roof, there was an incident (mainly due to an issue to the original roof) that affected the ceiling in one room below the attic. They called another crew and were able to fix the ceiling the same day. That was a great relief for us. We think they were very professional and responsive when the emergency occurred. They also cleaned up after the work was done, and were always available to answer questions.I would definitely recommend them.“
