I got a pair of dress pants altered here, and I am going to have to take them somewhere else. I read the reviews before coming here, I was prepared for the language barrier, the lady working there was very hasty in assisting me. When I entered the building she was not wearing a mask, and she was in no rush to put one on. There was no mirror in the changing room, which was actually a supply closet with a partially covered window. She only pinned one pin in my pants before telling me she would take them in the same amount she pinned on one side. That should have been my cue to leave and take them to a different tailor. I came back today (a week later) and I was disappointed but not surprised that the fabric puckered on the side that she didn't pin. I paid $16 which is a slightly competitive rate, however now I will need to go take them to a different tailor and get them fixed. I am thankful she did not take too much fabric, and I can still have a shot at getting them fixed, thus the three stars. Would not recommend.

Not good at english but super friendly. The old lady will try her best to satisfy your requests. Also, the price is cheap compared to other local shop. Good place to get your clothes done.

I have been bringing loads of clothes to this cleaners for about 3 years. No problems, and the lady working the counter is always pleasant and happy to see me. A bit of a language barrier as she has a heavy Vietnamese accent, but she is lovely to chat with. Good prices and quick turnaround. They do almost any alteration as well. Quick drop and pickup too. I never have to wait in line.
